A contract between the Customer and the Company is considered concluded at the moment of placing an order and confirming payment on the website, in the app, or via any other available method. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of this Offer and full agreement with its terms.

• The Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes.

All trademarks, logos, images, and content on the site are the property of the Company or its partners and are protected under UAE copyright laws.

7. Miscellaneous

• The Company reserves the right to modify offers, promotions, prices, and menus without prior notice.

• Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
